A Couple Days of Birding

The weather has been chilly, but sunny and inviting. Gary and I went birding together on Monday afternoon, then I went by myself Wednesday afternoon. Here are some photos (click on photos for a closer look):

The spillway at the dam, off Camp Wisdom.  We saw a gorgeous Belted Kingfisher smashing down into the water to find something to eat.


At the lookout we found lots of water birds, and a White Egret.
